Renee commenced work in the legal administration field working for private law firms followed by the Nurses Board of Western Australia carrying out investigations into issues of misconduct, serious misconduct and fraud. Following an extensive career in the private sector both within the legal field and health, Renee worked in the public arena for the Ministry of Justice and the Department of Health.  Here she carried out a wide range of varied roles including, but not limited to, investigating complaints on all health related matters as the Minister of Health’s Liaison Officer.

With a strong interest in, and a passion for the public sector Renee then moved into the field of Human Resources where she felt she could be more effective, helping those whose careers are spent caring for others.  Renee provided services in all aspects of human resources developing and presenting educational programs and carrying out a wide range of internal investigations. After a career in health spanning some 18 years, Renee then moved back into the private sector working for a community based organisation as HR Manager, supporting 11 sites from Cannington in the East to Katanning in the South. Renee’s knowledge and experience on matters of workplace bullying is extensive. She provided training on workplace bullying, effective communication and managing performance for executives and managers across all sites. Reviewing legislation, drafting organisational policies and providing award interpretations and advice on industrial relations were all areas of her responsibility.

Having had a varied career, Renee has extensive experience in carrying out investigations, conciliating and facilitating workshops on matters relating to grievance resolution, disciplinary processes and remedial activities such as coaching and educational programs. Her interest in these areas have ultimately led her to establish 'Redevine' in addition to partnering with 'Behaviour Matters - behaviourmatters.com.au', providing services to the West Australian public on work place behaviours and conduct.

Renee is also available for independent investigations via the Common User Agreement (CUA) for all government agency investigations.
